On June 21, was held on PISO 22 WTC Punta del Este Free Zone conference. In a relaxed atmosphere and under the premise that the clients installed in the free trade zone of Montevideo could access to be informed first – hand the main characteristics of the project, The conference was led by Cr Carlos Lecueder, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Architect Ernesto Kimelman, Vice President and Cr Ignacio Del, General Manager of WTC Montevideo Free Zone.

During the conference, they explained the main characteristics of this new free zone, its infrastructure, history of the evolution and development of WTC Montevideo and WTC Montevideo Free Zone Complexes and trade project.

The authorities responsible for the project highlighted that WTC Punta del Este will be inaugurated in the second quarter of the next year, 2025, and the same services as the already consolidated free trade zone of Montevideo.
